The penthouse, corner villa has been recently remodelled updated and well-furnished in Tommy Bahamian decor. The 1600 sq. ft. 3 bed/2 bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably but can sleep up to 8.  There is an open-concept kitchen with granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances, living room with a large sectional and a dining room that overlooks the expansive views of Sarasota Bay and the Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. There is a vintage, quaint trolley that stops directly in front of Seaplace's main gate so no vehicle is required at Mi Casa Tu Casa.

Sarasota is a thriving Art & Music community at that is reflected everywhere you look.  The John Ringling Museum and the Ca'Zan, the Van Wezel, even a vibrant Art College is located here in Sarsota, the historical vibrant downtown core has many galleries and venues to listen to music.

Also Tampa and St. Petersburg, and Venice and Naples are only the hour drive away. Orlando, the entertainment Capital of the World is only a 2 hour drive, so it definitely could only be a day trip away.
 
The Sarasota Bradenton airport and the I-75 are within a 15-20 drive.
